We collect the following information when you use the Service: (1) profile information you provide (name, display name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, and profile photo); (2) your wallet address; (3) sign-in information (if you log in with Google, we receive basic account information through our login provider; if you connect a crypto wallet, we receive its address); (4) booking and stay information, and details for each guest (name, email, phone number, date of birth, and address — including guests who do not have an account); (5) payment information (credit-card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we store only limited details such as the last four digits and the card brand; on-chain payments record your wallet address and transaction details); (6) transaction and activity history (RE-NFT purchases and sales, AKP earned and used, revenue distributions, and conversions); (7) the content and attachments of messages you exchange with us; (8) reviews (ratings and comments) you post; and (9) information included in the invoices and receipts we issue. We do not keep browsing or access logs, although some security features (such as protection against unauthorized access) may briefly process technical information such as your IP address.
We use the information we collect to: (1) provide and operate the Service (issuing and managing RE-NFTs, processing bookings, and so on); (2) sign you in and keep your account secure (confirming the account belongs to you); (3) process payments, security deposits, and refunds; (4) manage bookings and stays; (5) calculate and pay out revenue distributions; (6) send you important notices and booking-related emails; (7) respond to your inquiries and messages; (8) improve the Service and develop new features; and (9) comply with applicable laws.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed, in these cases: (1) with your consent; (2) when required by law; (3) when necessary to protect someone's life, safety, or property; and (4) with trusted service providers who help us run the Service. Our main providers are: payment processing (Stripe — credit-card payments and refunds); sign-in (Privy and Google — to let you log in with Google or connect a crypto wallet); data storage and email (Amazon Web Services — to store uploaded images and send emails); the blockchain network (a blockchain infrastructure provider that records and reads on-chain transactions); and the property management companies that operate the estates. Please note that information recorded on the blockchain (such as wallet addresses and transactions) is public and cannot be deleted.
We take appropriate measures to protect your information from loss, leakage, or damage. Please keep in mind that: (1) transaction information on the blockchain is public; and (2) images you upload (such as your profile photo or message attachments) are stored so they can be displayed in the app and may be viewable by anyone who has the direct link.
To keep you signed in and to temporarily save your progress, we store some information in your browser (such as sign-in tokens). You can clear this through your browser settings, but some features may stop working if you do.
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your personal information. You can do this from your dashboard settings or by contacting customer support. Please note that information recorded on the blockchain cannot be deleted due to its nature.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make an important change, we will let you know through the Service.
