Accommodation Terms

Article 1 (Accommodation Booking)

RE-NFT holders can book accommodation using accumulated AKP. Bookings are available from 4 months in advance, with availability released for general booking (e.g., Airbnb) 3 months prior. Bookings are confirmed upon consumption of the required AKP.

Article 2 (Check-in & Check-out)

Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 the following day (may vary by property). Please complete the check-in procedure through the dashboard. No special check-out procedure is required, but please strictly observe the departure time.

Article 3 (Cancellation Policy)

The following penalties apply to booking cancellations: (1) 30+ days before stay: No penalty (full AKP refund), (2) 29 to 7 days before stay: 50% penalty (50% AKP refund), (3) 6 days or less before stay: 100% penalty (no AKP refund), (4) No Show (unannounced cancellation): 100% penalty (no AKP refund). The above refund rates apply equally to optional charges (fees for additional services) paid at the time of booking, in addition to AKP. Your security deposit is not affected by these cancellation penalties — if you cancel, it is returned to you in full. We only deduct from it if there is damage to the room or its furnishings.

Article 4 (Number of Guests)

The number of guests must not exceed the property's maximum capacity. Actual guests must match the information registered at the time of booking.

Article 5 (Usage Guidelines)

Guests must observe the following: (1) Refrain from causing noise disturbances to neighbors, (2) No smoking inside the property (unless a designated smoking area is provided), (3) Pets are allowed only with prior approval, (4) Treat the property and furnishings with care, (5) Separate waste properly.

Article 6 (Liability for Damages)

If damage to the property or furnishings occurs due to the guest's intent or negligence, the guest shall bear the repair costs. The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by guests during their stay (theft, accidents, etc.), except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 7 (Services)

The following services are provided (may vary by property): Free Wi-Fi, drinking water, amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush), cleaning service, multilingual support (English, Thai, Japanese). Additional services (shuttle, rental, etc.) require separate arrangement.
